Characterization of Cooking Effluents - University of Minnesota/ASHRAE, Phases I and II
The objective of this research project is to characterize the effluent emissions from various grease producing cooking proceesses. The reports also present results from a field test conducted at a working dormatory cafeteria kitchen.
