Commercial Kitchen Ventilation (CKV) Lab

The Commercial Kitchen Ventilation Laboratory (CKV) Laboratory is a state-of-the-art ventilation research facility located outside of the Chicago area. The lab is managed and operated by Architectural Energy Corporation and the Food Service Technology Center.

Currently, the CKV Lab is performing research for the California Energy Commission (CEC) to improve the energy efficiency of commercial kitchen ventilation systems. For more information, please see the Architectural Energy Corp website.
